Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design and maintain the company’s website, websites for our CG projects, as well as websites for product merchandising and licensing.
  • Conceptualize, design and maintain company’s intranet web applications for CG production.
  • Understand creative directions from in-house designers.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the website, ensure the websites are updated frequently with latest information.

Requirements:

  • At least a degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Proficient in various web development methodologies, such as HTML5, HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, ASP, AJAX, MySQL, ActionScript, JQuery, IIS and etc.
  • Familiar with Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash etc.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
  • Self-motivated, independent and target-oriented while flexible when changes are required and able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.

Human Resource Cum Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

Human Resource

  • Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Review, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program.
  • Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company’s compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
  • Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll and related HR reports to Accounting Department.
  • Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
  • Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.

Administration

 Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Must be conversant in Malaysian Labour Laws, Employment Act and other relevant legislations.
  • Required Language(s): Malay, Chinese and English.

Responsibilities:

Visual Effects Technical Director

Responsibilities:

  • Create setup for simulating and generating special effects using animation controls and dynamics.
  • Developing tools and pipeline to improve the productivity of simulation and generation of special effects.
  • Guide, troubleshoot and support VFX artists in designing various challenge effects.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ extensive experience in setup for generating special effects.
  • A degree, or diploma, or equivalent qualification from a visual effect program is preferred.
  • Experience in developing tools using Maya API and/or MEL to improve the efficiency of the effects simulation process.
  • Extensive knowledge in the Dynamics Module of Maya is a must.
  • Experience in MEL and/or Maya API and/or C++ is a plus.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Maya, Houdi.
  • Proficient in Realflow or Naiad.
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Fusion with experience in using plugins to create compositing effects’

Responsibilities:

  • To work with Lighting/Compositing Lead to establish lighting direction on individual shots in a CG show.
  • Setup location and character lighting for individual shots in a CG show.
  • Compositing of rendered layers, as well as effects layers from the special effects team.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional work experience in CG commercial projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects, Nuke and Fusion.
  • Proficient in mentalray rendering techniques. Understanding of other rendering techniques will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with other 3D software, plug-ins and compositing packages will be an added advantage.

  • To work with producer and/or project manager to meet production schedule.
  • To work with producer and/or project manager to make sure optimum production resources are allocated for different CG shows.
  • Establish master lighting direction for CG show with Lighting/Compositing Artists.
  • Conduct briefings and meetings with Lighting/Compositing Artists to make sure they have good understanding on the issues and challenges in each assignment.
  • Provide guidance to Lighting/Compositing Artists in achieving correct lighting and color direction on individual shots in different CG shows.
  • To work with the lighting/compositing TDs to establish optimum and effective lighting, rendering and compositing workflow and pipeline for CG shows.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ professional work experience in CG commercial projects.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in leading a team of Lighting/Compositing artists in CG commercial projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects, Nuke and Fusion.
  • Proficient in mentalray rendering techniques. Understanding in other rendering techniques will be an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate in a professional and friendly manner with co-workers.
  • Eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot and solve rig issues for artists from various disciplines.
  • Must be able to multi task and handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritize and assign tasks for the lighting team to meet production deadlines.
